Birchbox, whatbox?

27 Mar

Am I the last person on the internet to find out about subscription boxes? On 3/18 I got on the wait list for Ipsy ($10/month for make up & beauty samples, free shipping), activated on 3/22, and on the wait list for Birchbox ($10/month for make up and beauty samples). The very next day I signed up for Sample Society by BeautyBar ($15/month for make up and beauty samples, free shipping), the day after that I signed up for Eco Emi ($15/month all natural & eco friendly beauty items). I am on the fence about Glossybox.com ($21/month for deluxe & full size samples free shipping), BeautyArmy.com ($12/month and you can pick a choice of up to 6 samples, free shipping), and the Pop Sugar Must Have box ($35/month with full size items). Today I signed up for Julep’s Maven box for $19.99/month nail polish subscription with code FREEBOX and paid $3.99 for shipping! I am getting a lil’ carried away, but how exciting it is!! I’ll be sure to post picture update when a box arrives.

Oh, if you type in “subscription box review” search on youtube.com or google.com there will be tons of results. Try searching by the current month and the name of a subscription box to search images and see what’s in the latest boxes. Here are a few helpful subscription review blogs that helped me decide to sign up and fed my curiosity to find more subscriptions to get!!

Subscription boxes are like a chinese fingertrap… once you get in, you just can’t escape them. They are so addicting! Good luck on your box journey. 😛

Welcome to the wonderful world of Box Subscriptions. It’s definitely a chain reaction, lol! It starts with one box and then spreads like crazy. I can’t wait to see the reviews for your other boxes! Feel free to pop in on my blog. I love Box Subs!!!
